On December 19, 2008, the Court of Queen’s Bench of Alberta (the “Court”) issued an Order appointing Hardie & Kelly Inc. as Receiver (the “Receiver”) of Pantano Energy Services Inc.

  • Amphibious drilling rig, including mud, vacuum and winch units
  • Three partially constructed coring rigs
