On January 15, 2008, the Court of Queen’s Bench of Alberta (the “Court”) issued an Order appointing Hardie & Kelly Inc. as Receiver (the “Receiver”) of Temple City Housing Inc. (“Temple City”).

Sale of Assets

On April 24, 2008 the Court approved the sale of the bulk of Temple City's assets.

Bankruptcy Proceedings

On March 6, 2008, Temple City was assigned into bankruptcy.  The First Meeting of Creditors will be help on March 26, 2008 at the Tanner Centennial Seniors Centre at 10:00am.
