Things always look brighter after a good workout. An exercise routine helps to increase the production of your brain’s feel-good neurotransmitters, called endorphins. Regardless of religious affiliation, a back to basics spiritual approach can help cope with stress. Although it can be difficult, try not to immerse yourself in too many scenarios about the future.
